MediaLab supports uploading files via FTP, but does not support downloading files through FTP.

Uploading via FTP

You can upload files to your MediaLab environment using our FTP upload feature. See the FTP Upload article for setup instructions and requirements.

Downloading via FTP

Direct downloads from MediaLab via FTP are not supported. If you need to send files to an external FTP server, you can use the Push add-on to deliver files from your MediaLab environment to the destination server.
