Usage and Billing
You can view your current usage and billing information through the Billing Portal. This includes storage consumption, transcription, and other usage metrics tied to your subscription.
Requirements
Access to the Billing Portal requires Owner rights. If you do not have Owner rights, contact your account owner to view usage details.
Accessing the Billing Portal
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Navigate to Profile > Billing > Billing Portal
- The Billing Portal will open, showing your current usage and billing details
From the Billing Portal you can:
- View current and past usage (storage, transcriptions, etc.)
- Download invoices and billing history
- Update payment information
- Manage your subscription
Not seeing the Billing option?
If you do not see the Billing option under your profile, your account does not have Owner rights. Ask your account owner to grant you Owner rights, or have them log in to view usage on your behalf.
