Adjust subscription

You can manage and adjust your MediaLab subscription through the Billing Portal. This includes upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling your plan.

Requirements

Access to the Billing Portal requires Owner rights. If you do not have Owner rights, contact your account owner to make changes to the subscription.

Accessing the Billing Portal

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
  2. Navigate to Profile > Billing > Billing Portal
  3. The Billing Portal will open, where you can manage your subscription

From the Billing Portal you can:

  • Upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan
  • Cancel your subscription
  • View and download invoices
  • Update payment information

Part of a larger plan?

If your subscription is part of a larger organizational plan, you may not be able to adjust it directly through the Billing Portal. In that case, contact your account manager to modify or cancel the plan.

Not seeing the Billing option?

If you do not see the Billing option under your profile, your account does not have Owner rights. Ask your account owner to make subscription changes on your behalf.
