Each client has their own Lab with a unique login URL, such as: https://yourcompany.medialab.app

To log in, you’ll need to know your Lab’s account name. This information is included in the welcome email you received when your account was created.

If you don’t know your Lab’s account name:

1. Contact your system administrator.
2. If that doesn’t work, reach out to MediaLab support via our contact page.
