# Embedding a video on your website

To embed a video from MediaLab on your own website:

1. Open the file in MediaLab.
2. Go to **File → Embed** to access the embed codes.

### Embedding the MediaLab Player

- Use the embed code labeled **“Iframe with video player.”**
- Copy and paste this code into your website.
- Adjust the `width` and `height` variables in the code to change the size of the player.

For a full overview of the available parameters, see the article: <a href="/support/core/integrations/video-embed-options">*Video Embed Options*</a>

### Using Your Own Player

- Instead of the MediaLab player, you can embed videos in your **own player**.
- Use the provided **MP4 file link** and **Thumbnail link** to load the video and preview files directly from MediaLab.

### Embedding on Facebook

- Use the **Theater link** to embed a video or audio player directly on your Facebook timeline.
- For more details, see the article: *Sharing a file on Facebook or Twitter*
