How do I disconnect my account from MediaLab?
It’s not possible for users to disconnect their organization’s account from their MediaLab account. Contact support for more information.
I don’t have a MediaLab account and I can’t log in with my organization’s account.
If this is the first time you’re logging into MediaLab and you don’t have an account yet there are a couple reasons why you might run into trouble:
- Check with your MediaLab administrator whether they allow automatic creation of MediaLab accounts through single sign on.
- Your Lab might have reached its user limit, contact your MediaLab administrator.
